Deadline for Questions or Exceptions: All Questions or Exceptions Regarding This Project Must Be Submitted No Later Than Noon 12:00p.m.(Cst) on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Any Questions and/or Exceptions Pertaining to This Project, Specifications and Bid Documents Must Be Sent in Writing via Email to Christian Janes@Cjanes@lafayettela.gov. All Exceptions and Questions Affecting the Project, Specifications or Bid Documents, Shall Be Addressed in the Form of an Addendum and Will Be Sent to All Bidders on Record. No Verbal Correspondence Will Be Binding. All Work to Be Completed Within 180 Calendar Days From the Issuance of Notice to Proceed. It will include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to control or eliminate infiltration/inflow which now enters the sewer system and to correct structural problems at various locations throughout the city, (See map drawings attached). This contract is for a period of 6 months. Work to be performed will consist of but not limited to, repair of leaking and/or defective main lines of the wastewater collection system. The work performed under this contract will be performed citywide, as shown on map drawings.
