Description: PROPOSALS SHOULD BE BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION OF WORK : The professional design services for the implementation of the building renovation and repairs of the Inlet Grove Community High School facilities. The ARCHITECT shall provide all services necessary to complete the permitted design documents within the established construction budget and by the established design schedule . Including but not limited to responding to and addressing the District's Fire Safety Citations, ADA, and CSIR compliance requirements. The required deliverables shall include but are not limited to 1. Measured drawings of the existing facilities, 2. Indoor Air Quality and Environmental Testing, 3. An analysis and feasibility studies of the existing buildings and systems' conditions, 4. Renovation recommendations with cost analysis, 5. Statement of Probable Construction Cost, 6. Project Schedule and Phasing of Design Plans as directed by the OWNER, 7. Completion of the permitted construction documents including Life Safety/FISH Plans, FF&E Schedule & Specifications, Design Calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Color Charts, and Finish Schedules. The ARCHITECT will be required to certify the permitted design complies with one of the energy-efficient and sustainable building standards per F.S. 255.2575. The permitted design shall incorporate all requirements set forth in the Florida Building Code, Florida Accessibility Code, NFPA, District Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, District Educational Specifications, and all other applicable Rules, Regulations, specifications, and authorities having jurisdiction.
