The ALTOONA PARKING AUTHORITY is requesting proposals for snow plowing of its parking lots. The successful bidder will be required to plow all lots when a minimum of (2) inches of snow has fallen. Each lot will have a designated area for the piling of snow. Additional salting and/or cindering OR SNOW REMOVAL from the lots to a designated area will be performed on an as-needed basis or at the request of staff. The proposal should be for a two-year period with a third year option and should contain a base bid (plowing) and special bids for the optional services.
