Renovation of an educational facility in Greeley, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 219,750-square-foot educational facility.
The University of Northern Colorado is requesting a Statement of Qualification from Architects for the preparation of two separate RENOVATION PROGRAM PLANS. One Architectural/ Engineering/ Consulting Service will be utilized to design both Program Plans. Candelaria Hall is an 89,904 square feet building located at 2098 14th Avenue, on the UNC west campus. McKee Hall is approximately 129,846 square feet building located at 1200 21st St. The intent of the project is to review systems and finishes to resolve deferred maintenance issues and will not change the use of programs in the space. The general occupancy and use of the building is not expected to significantly change.
