Scope of Services This project will include renovation of the existing Warehouse located on the Evergreen Valley College Campus, a new building addition, and associated site work to provide a welcoming and centralized space to fully accommodate the current space needs as well as future growth for the San Jose Evergreen Community College District's Maintenance & Operations and Grounds staff. The renovated building and new addition will house dedicated bays for each trade group, locker rooms, support spaces, and workspaces. The intended construction period for this project is December 2024 through July 2025. Other Details Alternate construction methods that include fast track and offsite construction are encouraged by the District and other cost saving approaches will also be considered. Notes Special Notices The District will provide insurance coverage through SEWUP, an Owner Controlled Insurance Program, or OCIP. Details will be included with the bid documents.
