Renovation of an office development in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot, three-story above grade office development.
The Project consists of renovations to the Wichita County Scott Street Annex. Extensive modifications will be made to the county tax offices, the first floor HVAC system and replacing flooring on the second and third floors. Renovations include demolition of walls, ceilings and toilet facilities. Flooring on the, second, and third floors will be abated and replaced with LVT flooring. Exterior renovations will affect the north and east facing wall of the annex. The existing facade will be covered with EIFS - reference exterior elevations for locations and column like treatments, the east windows will be replaced and EIFS will be installed on the existing masonry veneer. New exterior lighting will be added to the facade. As of October 25, 2022, construction has commenced. All sub bids have been let and awarded.
