As of November 17, 2023, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission (APBPC) seeks qualified consultants such as a landscape architecture design firm or team to develop a concept design and phased development plan for the redesign of the existing Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center grounds, located at 195 New Karner Rd in Albany, NY. While currently functional, the existing 4.2 acres including entryway, parking area, pathways, habitat exhibits, building facade and signage at the Discovery Center are in need of improvement. The APBPC requests a wholistic design that creatively addresses current concerns while minimizing cost of implementation. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Seeking a contractual agreement for the completion of the scope of work before March 1, 2023.
