The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation/South West Land Office (DNRC/SWLO) is soliciting bids for pre-commercial thinning of 248 acres on the Missoula Unit. An award will be made to the vendor with the lowest Total Bid Price (TBP) for the following Ash B. PCT. A 25% performance bond will be required on the project. This thinning must be completed by October 15, 2024. Approval of work will be determined by the Forest-officer. Prospective bidders are urged to examine the project area prior to submitting a bid. Question Submission Close Date 9/21/2022 3:00 PM MDT From the date this INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Contracting Officer, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation. Any unauthorized contact may disqualify the offeror from further consideration.
