Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information The Missoula Urban Transportation District (MUTD) is seeking on-call multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering (A&E) services to assist with developing a new maintenance, operations, and administrative base (MOAB) and other potential A&E projects as needed. MUTD has selected CM/GC as the project delivery method for the MOAB project. The firms services may include, but not be limited to, supporting MUTD in site acquisition, site development, design, and construction, as further described in the Scope of Work (Section 2.4). MUTD intends to award a master agreement to the most qualified firm for an initial two (2) year contract period, with an option for two (2) additional two (2) year extensions. MUTD will assign project work through individual task orders that will define statements of work covering deliverables, negotiated costs (including profit), and expectations for the task. Cost-plus fixed fee and fixed-fee type contracts are anticipated, but other contract types may be contemplated as appropriate. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 applies to this contract. The requirements of this contract are to encourage DBE participation and to report race neutral accomplishments semi-annually. No preference will be included in the submission evaluation, no minimum level of DBE participation shall be required as condition for receiving an award and submissions will not be rejected or considered non-responsive on that basis. Pursuant to the above requirements, MUTD has established an overall DBE goal of 5% for FFY 2023-2025 anticipated to be met fully by race-neutral measures. *Invitations for Interview: February 8, 2023 *Interviews: February 15, 2023 *Notice of Intent to Award: February 17, 2023 *Board Approval: February 23, 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been added.
