Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving for the Wollaston Recreational Facility Quotes received after the hour named will not be considered. Wage rates as determined by the Mass. Commissioners of the Department of Labor and Industries apply to this project. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five (5%) percent of the proposal amount. Bid deposits shall be either a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be required. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, Chapter 30B, and Chapter 149 Section 44A through 44J as most recently amended, and other applicable laws.
