The project involves mitigating existing water infiltration conditions. Work includes and is not limited to installation of a foundation waterproofing system at select locations, demolition and replacement of exterior concrete stairs and existing brick pavers, installation of new perimeter drainage system and surface drains, replacement of interior finishes and gypsum board wall at select locations.
