The Department of Public Health Jamaica Plain Campus/State Public Health Laboratory is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the custom-tailored mechanical maintenance solution for our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. This solicitation is to establish a contractual agreement for the comprehensive care needed to fulfill the scope and the hours calculated to take proper care of the equipment equates to a technician onsite every workday. The services included in this solicitation are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A - 44J; the Contractor shall hold and provide D.C.A.M. Certificates of Eligibility in the following category: HVAC The bidder is responsible for site visitation (prior to bid submission) to determine the exact number of components and to acquaint himself with any and all conditions at the site and to identify, inspect and to inventory the equipment
