Site work for a water / sewer project in Jarrell, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC water line, including gate valves, fittings, fire hydrants, and asphalt/concrete pavement replacement as needed. Work to be completed starts by connecting into an existing 12-inch water line at the intersection of W. Ave A and 1st Street and then continures north along CR 307 until it connects to the proposed connection point at the southwest corner of the Cielo Gardens subdivision in Jarrell, Texas. Bids shall be on a lump sum / unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: MRB Group, PC 8834 N. Capital of Texas Hwy, Suite 220 Austin, TX 78759 The City of Jarrell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The City of Jarrell does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities.
