Sargent Ave Apartment Building Exterior Retrofit and Site Work CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for windows & door replacement and site work at 475 Sargent Ave., Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: regrading throughout the site, removal and trimming of trees, new reinforced concrete pavement by garbage bin area, new patio paving stones, new concrete curbs, patch/repair asphalt surface, replacement of wood fencing, replacement of windows and exterior doors for all units, child care centre windows, new IPCL plugs, painting of metal balcony railings, replacement of damaged exterior metal fencing, replacement of exterior luminaries, new garbage enclosure, anti graffiti paint and repair of balcony slabs. With an alternate price to remove existing parking lot and sub-surface materials and replace it with new materials. With separate pricing for bird screen netting to be installed on balconies. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Building Permit and Development Permit will be applied and paid for by the Owner. The apartment building and child care centre will be fully occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
