A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Energy Savings Improvement Plan (ESIP) Phase II Variable Air Volume (VAV) Replacement at Perth Amboy Campus The ESCO, Owner, and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project: C032 - HVACR Mandatory site inspection is required by all prospective bidders. Any questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's Office no later than 5:00 pm on September 23, 2022. Questions are to be emailed to afinkle@ssparchitects.com The Owner and ESCO reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of both. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded by the ESCO to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the execution of a subcontract by the ESCO, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Chapter 127, P.L. 1975 (NJAC 17:27 Public Contracts Affirmative Action Statute) as amended from time to time, the American with Disabilities Act, and with any and all other Federal and New Jersey Statutes not specified herein. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law (NJSA 34:11-56.25 et seq.-NJAC 12:60). All contractors are subject to background checks. Refer to Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders for additional information.
