The Board wishes to prequalify Contractors to provide mechanical services for construction of new schools projects for the following categories in accordance with its priorities: Level 1: Mechanical Contracting services for construction projects up to $750,000 Level 2: Mechanical Contracting services for construction projects from $750,001 up to $3,000,000 Level 3: Mechanical Contracting services for construction projects from $3,000,001 up to $10,000,000 Level 4: Mechanical Contracting services for construction projects from $10,000,001 and up It is the Board's intention to pre-qualify a maximum of ten (10) mechanical contractors per category. However, the Board reserves the right to increase or decrease this number at its own discretion. The Board also reserves the right to remove Contractors from the pre-qualified list if the contractor fails to perform or provide adequate safety, quality, project schedule, and procedures during completion of work. The Board will record the successful Proponents in its VOR for a period of Three (3) years starting upon contract award and ending August 31, 2025. Beyond the initial term, the Board may extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions, for up to Two (2) additional terms of One (1) year each.
