Paving Improvements for Inspiration, Osage Lane PROJECT NO. 21-25967 Bidders may elect to submit hard copy bids to the office of LJA Engineering, Inc., located at 6060 North Central Expressway, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75206. The Developer, Inspiration West, LLC., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. Inspiration West, LLC. on behalf of Collin County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Paving Improvements for Ph. 10 consist of approximately 41,928 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving and the alternate Seis Lagos Trail consists of approximately 14,295 SY of 7" reinforced concrete paving. Paving Improvements for Osage Lane consist of approximately 7,150 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving. Utility Improvements for Ph. 10 consist of approximately 13,000 LF of gravity sanitary sewer, 6,550 LF of force main, 12,500 LF of waterline, and 5,350 LF of storm sewer.
