Maximum Limiting Contract: the Award Amount and Contract Performance Bond Shall Be Based on the Maximum Limited Budget Amount of $350,0000 and Not the Contractors Bid Total. There is No Guarantee of Minimum or Maximum Amount to Be Issued Under This Contract. Performance Bond: a Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project.
