The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified teams interested in providing professional Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) engineering support services to support FVRL on an on-call/as needed basis. FVRL requires engineering support services for a variety of projects that include remodel and renovation of facilities, project planning and other MEP related activities throughout FVRL's service area. Evaluation: October 5-7, 2022 Short-listed firms selected and notified: Friday, October 7, 2022 Interviews (if needed, remote): Wednesday, October 12, 2022 Firm selected and announced: Friday, October 14, 2022 Agreement executed: Monday, October 17, 2022 The contract period of performance will be twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution. At the sole option of the FVRL, the contract may be extended for up to three (3) years at one (1) year intervals.
