A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village has acquired three adjacent parcels, comprising approximately 10 acres, located on the southeast corner of Arlington Heights Road and Higgins Road (IL-72). Elk Grove Village is seeking a developer with the capacity and creativity to design, construct and operate a high-end, mixed-use development on this property. On behalf of the Mayor, Board of Trustees, and Village staff, we thank you for your interest in bringing an exciting new development to Elk Grove Village.
