As of June 30, 2023, a developer has been awarded. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village has acquired three adjacent parcels, comprising approximately 10 acres, located on the southeast corner of Arlington Heights Road and Higgins Road (IL-72). Elk Grove Village is seeking a developer with the capacity and creativity to design, construct and operate a high-end, mixed-use development on this property.
