Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), who is soliciting proposals for the Summerville CPW for the Sawmill Branch Water Supply Booster Pumping and Storage Improvements Project. Wharton-Smith is soliciting bids from qualified firms. DBE firms are encouraged to participate. The following Subcontractor Bid Packages are available for bidding: Clearing & Grubbing, Erosion Control, Piping, Valves, Electrical, Pump Skid Package, Masonry, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply, Precast Building, HVAC, Fencing, Elevated Water Tank Demo, Electrical, Painting, and Coatings. Any bid received after that time may not be considered. Funding for the project may be provided through a variety of sources, including: South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) grants, State Revolving Fund (SRF) loans, and local funding. Offerors must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements, including, Davis-Bacon wage rates, American Iron & Steel, and Build America, Buy America provisions, if required.
