Solicitation Number: 360070-22-A-0034 The U.S. Postal Service plans to issued a Fixed Price Contract to complete a Building and Parking Expansion for the Summerville, SC Main Post Office located at 301 N. Gum St. Summerville, SC 24983. All work will be done in accordance with USPS approved specifications and drawings. The estimated cost range is $2,500,000 to $3,200,000 with construction completion within 270 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Contractors must submit a Qualification / Evaluation Package with their price proposal. THE DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS IS 12:00 NOON Eastern Time on October 17, 2022.
