The work requested is mainly but not exclusively the following: Pavilion C elevator upgrade Replacement of end-of-life components Replacement of interior finishes Plans, specifications, contractual documents and other information are entrusted to the tender system for the publication process. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond in accordance with the tender documents representing ten percent (10%) of the value of its tender payable to the Owner.
