Single-Phase, Pad-Type Distribution Transformers The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 p.m. PST, on Thursday, September 15, 2022. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the email address shown below Michelle Kempley, Senior Buyer mkempley@cityofredding.org All bids must be submitted on standard bid forms provided by the City of Redding. The bidder shall provide the original (unbound) and one (1) exact copy of the bid proposal in pdf format on a USB drive. Fax or email submission of bid proposals will not be allowed. The City will award any resulting contract in a manner consistent with the City purchasing ordinance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
