Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves an upgrade to the existing dust extraction system at the Richmond School District #38 Maintenance Facility, which generally involves; 1 Supply and installation of new dust collector, ductwork, hoods, etc. 2 Compressed air 3 Balancing and Commissioning 4 Modification of existing dust collector enclosure. 5 Implementation of new DDC components and revised sequences of operation. Demolition and builder's work will include the following: 1 Demolition, painting, remediation, etc., as described in the specifications and on the drawings, to accommodate the Work. 2 Non-structural seismic protection Electrical work will require the following: 1 Electrical power supply to mechanical equipment 2 Removal and replacement of miscellaneous electrical devices project no 22048-M
