The purpose of this project is to assess, identify and map flood hazards for selected communities and priority areas along Bennett Lake, Tagish Lake, Marsh Lake and Lake Laberge in accordance with the Canadian Federal Flood Mapping Guidelines Series. Communities to be included are Carcross and Tagish, as well as several lakeshore neighbourhoods and hamlets along Marsh Lake and Lake Laberge. First Nation Traditional Territories will include Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, and Ta'an Kwach'an Council.
