Renovation of a municipal facility in Dawson, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The heating plant and HVAC system at the Dawson City Grader Station has reached its end of life. The objective of this project is to replace the heating fuel source from oil to propane, replace the heating plant, replace downstream hydronic heating units, and retrofit or replace other systems and units part of the HVAC system in order to improve efficiency, comfort, and reliability for the users and the maintenance staff.
