Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dawson, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Parks Canada Agency requires a contractor to complete work which includes extensive rehabilitation of the wood & steel substructure and wood superstructure of the Former Territorial Courthouse, including reinforcement of the roof structure, and replacement in-kind of the standing seam metal roof system. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000 Taxes extra. Documents can be obtained from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
