Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Scorpio is the CM and soliciting Bids for the MCPS New Central Warehouse in Ocala, FL. Scorpio is proud to support small, woman, and minority-owned business participation. The scope of work includes: Concrete, Masonry, Casework, Waterproofing, Insulation, Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Ceilings, Painting, Flooring, Accessories, Window Treatments, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Communications and Security, Sitework, and Landscaping. As of September 27, 2022 the bid date has been extended to October 4, 2022 at 2:00 Pm due to the incoming storm. Construction is outlined to start upon GMP approval and permitting has been completed.
