In general, the successful bidder will provide snow removal services for the City Parks and Recreation Department Trail system including the loop around Lake Runyon and the Arkansas River Trail (from Lake Pueblo Division of Wildlife border to Fay's Crossing bridge). Services shall also include satellite trails from the Arkansas River Trail to City Park, La Crosse Avenue parking lot, Main Street parking lot, and the Pueblo Boulevard parking lot. The snow removal service including plowing shall include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, administration, and insurance necessary to perform the service as listed within this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Note: The project may be funded in whole or in part by funds obtained from the Colorado Lottery. Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the location(s) and the proposed schedule as to the correctness of any items requested in this IFB. Bidder shall not, after submission of bid, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work required to complete the project.
