Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,786-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade fitness / recreation center.
This project consists of renovating the Pueblo El Centro Del Quinto Sol Recreation Center. There are 3 major scopes of work for this project. The first is renovating the basement space to convert it into a cooking class/event space for the public. Second is upgrading the HVAC system by installing new RTU's on the roof along with split systems and electric baseboard heaters around the building. Lastly, before any construction takes place the building must be abated. There is an asbestos report that details the areas of the building that came back positive.
