Questions are submitted online No Question Acceptance Deadline 03/08/2021 12:00 PM EST In general, this project will consist of installing 12,209 lineal feet of 8-inch and 2,014 lineal feet of 10-inch Ultraviolet Cured-In-Place Pipe, removing and replacing 267 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC pipe, reinstating 429 services, grouting 631 services up to 15 feet, and placing 348 vertical feet of epoxy coating in the attached manholes as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project. Past inspection videos are provided to review the existing conditions of the pipe and are available for viewing/download at the following link: https://cityofpueblo-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/tasdelenm_pueblo_us/EghwhXc7CtxKod_fkIMjC9gBDo4sT-TmiPIulYl7joGbQQe=nm3KfF The undersigned, if awarded the contract, agrees to complete and file the Contract Agreement and Payment and Performance bonds within ten (10) days of the date of Notice of Award, and further agrees to complete the work within two hundred and ten (210) calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed in accordance with Section 3.54 of ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
