Homer Dr. and E. Cellini Dr. via open trench methods including hydrants, valves, tie-ins, and appurtenances, new service lines via horizontal directional drilling from the new main to the existing water meter pit, erosion control, earthwork, cutting and patching and repaving of roads, and all appurtenances as specified and required for a complete and functional system. The main waterlines will extend approximately 2,400 linear feet. All materials as indicated on the drawings will be provided by the contractor and must be installed, along with the completion of all associated site work relating to the new potable waterline. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
