Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pueblo, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and fitness / recreation center.
As of November 28, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The successful bidder shall remove and dispose of existing carpet tiles and cove base and install new rubber floor tiles and cove base in the PMJC Gym as indicated on the revised specifications and drawings. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply Scope of Work requirements. In the absence of comment on particular points; industry standard practice should be presumed to prevail. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/09/2022 06:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No 1. Remove and dispose of existing carpet tiles and cove base in Exercise Area 2314 at the Pueblo Municipal Justice Center. Approximately 1,275 SF. 2. Prepare substrate for application of new flooring and cove base. 3. Install new 1/2" (12mm) gauge, recycled rubber flooring. Approximately 1,275 SF. 4. Provide a transition at all doors. 5. Install 6" cove base. Color to be determined by owner. 6. This project must be completed no later than December 1st, 2022.
