Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 11, 2024, the east segment of this project is under construction and the west segment will begin in a few months. The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals to provide the City with preliminary engineering design (30% Design - FIR), incuding the review and confirmation of the existing 10% design documents. Additionally, the Professional will provide construction design support. At the discretion of the City, this contract may be extended to the final design and construction support phases in a typical design-bid-build contracting model. The successful candidate will identify and address all of the tasks, issues and deliverables in their proposal. Prospective teams must posess the expertise and experience necessary to complete the project on time, within the established budget, and be motivated to work with City staff and other stakeholders to accomplish the goals and objectives assoicated with this project. Because this solicitation will be federally funded, proposals must NOT include pricing.
