The work covered by this contract is aimed in summary at the redevelopment of the floors of the Manicouagan pavilion, which includes cutting and patching of all the necessary openings, including the openings for the passage of the ducts, large mechanical pipes, conduits and wiring, as well as the openings necessary for the connection between the new elements (walls, partitions, frames, etc.) and the existing elements as well as all related work resulting from the project. The work period will take place as soon as the contract is awarded around October 3, 2022 and must be completed by May 30, 2023. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 10% of the total value of the tender, made out to the owner "Cégep de Jonquière" or a tender bond, from a company holding a license insurer in Canada, established at the same amount, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services.
