The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the above Project: SCOPE OF WORK: The project primarily consists of; plaster removal and replacement with white plaster with quart on interior surfaces, replacement of main drain covers/returns and wall steps, waterline tile removal and replacement, lap lane and turn pad tile removal and replacement, deck coating removal and replacement with texture, Tuff Coat colored topcoat and non-slip clear glaze, deck crack repair, depth marker replacement, and deck drain cover replacement (owner to provide covers). The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of this project is $130,000 to $180,000. The contractor selected for this project shall ensure that all employees on the work site are paid in accordance with the current prevailing wage rates as approved by the State Labor Commissioner, and keep accurate records of these payments using LCP Tracker, whenever the actual value of the contract totals $100,000 or more. Bidders are encouraged to contact the City's representative, Dave Buist, with any questions or concerns. There will be no formal bid opening for this project. The bid due date and instruction for bid submissions will be provided to attendees at the Mandatory Prebid Conference. The City will award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
