Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 29, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is anticipated between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. These doors will be connected to existing fire alarm system and electrical power supply. Additionally, the structural support will be modified to meet the seismic requirements.
