The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Societe") is issuing a public call for tenders for services of a technical nature for the contract mentioned in the title. Attention: Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
New
The Company has removed the following forms from its contractual documents:
- Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer;
- Statement regarding lobbying activities.
The content of these forms has been incorporated into the Instructions to Tenderers and declarations are now made by signing the Tender Form.
Additional signature spaces have been added to the Submission Form to allow the signature of each member of a non-legally organized consortium when the latter has not identified a member, by proxy, to sign as the representative of the consortium.
Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically
In order to protect the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system.
Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec
It is strongly suggested that bidders submit as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract from the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions.
Non-participation in the call for tenders
Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and which does not submit a bid agrees to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send the -ci to the Company at the following e-mail address: infosoumissionDISLSJCN@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . DURATION OF CONTRACT
The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 36 months, starting November 1, 2022.
BID SECURITY
No bid security is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years.
CONDITIONS
Only tenders submitted by tenderers who meet the following condition will be considered:
1. have in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in their name and accessible during normal business hours;

Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the
