Site work for an educational facility in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide turn-key services for constructing a fence around an intramural field. The location of the site is just behind Jaguar Court, 2605 N. Houston Highway Victoria TX 77901. There is currently fencing on the south and west side of the field. The new fence will tie into two existing fences and will need end corner posts. The two lengths of fence needed will be 270 feet of fence and 450 feet of fence approximately 720 feet. The 270 feet run of fencing will have a double gate and placement will be discussed later. Just ensure the double gate bid is large enough to have vehicles and tractors drive through to preform maintenance on the field. On the 450 feet stretch of fence must have two ADA compliant personnel gates. Placement of these two gates will be determined later also. These will not be next to each other so proper gate support will be needed for each. Anticipated Award October 7, 2022
