The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code, the City invites the submittal of proposals to this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with 2023 Rehabilitation and Overlay Project (Nursery Dr.) (the Project). The City of Victoria, the City, intends to purchase and invites you to submit a sealed proposal for construction services for: 2023 REHABILITATION AND OVERLAY PROJECT (NURSERY DR.) In accordance with Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code, the contract will be awarded to the Respondent who provides the best value to the City. The City shall evaluate the proposals on the basis of all factors described herein. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals.
