Reference number : 1642192 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The municipality of Saint-Adalbert is joining forces with the municipalities of Saint-Omer, Saint-Marcel, Sainte-Félicité and Tourville to go to a group call for tenders in order to retain the professional services of an engineering and/or architecture firm for perform an audit of all disciplines (architecture, structure, building mechanics and electricity) of several municipal buildings within their municipalities. Are eligible to bid, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, namely the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the 'Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario. All Bidders must comply with it, under pain of a sanction which may go as far as the rejection of the bid or the termination of the contract, as the case may be. The municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any Bidder must ensure, before bidding, that it obtains all the Bidding Documents. The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to resort to any costs or obligations of any kind towards the Tenderer(s).
