Project Awarded to - ProCon Contracting, LLC Athens Township Supervisors (hereinafter called & "owner"), for the provision and installation/construction of the following Project: Overlook Platform Construction of a 16' by 20' elevated wood observation deck with railing at Round Top Park near Pavilion #9. Bids are requested for a single prime contract for work in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AJH Design, 111 East 14 th Street, Elmira Heights, NY 14903. Any questions regarding the project shall be directed to the Park Commissioner A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. A Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid before sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
