Remodeling of an educational facility in Kent City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Kent City Community Schools through Progressive AE, the Architect, is soliciting bids for remodeling an existing space into a new auxiliary gym at the High School. Individual Prime Contract trade bids will be received for work as delineated in the Project Manual and Bids and Construction Drawing Set. Bids must contain: a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification; and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder and the superintendent and board of Kent City Community Schools. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% Labor and Material Bond and 100% Performance Bond depending on the dollar amount of the bid, instructions are in the bidding documents. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the School District's best interest, and the School District may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
