Site work for a water / sewer project in LaFollette, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Late bids will not be accepted nor returned. The project will generally consist of the following: The project consists of replacement of approximately 45 linear feet of 12-inch, 105 linear feet of 15-inch, 630 linear feet of 18-inch, 310 linear feet of 24-inch, 230 linear feet of 30-inch, 80 linear feet of 36-inch, and 1,500 linear feet of 48-inch storm drainage pipes. Miscellaneous pre-cast storm drainage structures and appurtenances will be replaced as well. Repairs will be made on approximately 820 linear feet of storm drainage pipes. The Bidding Documents, including the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, and other Contract documents may be examined at the following locations: (1) Ardurra Group, Inc., 2160 Lakeside Centre Way, Suite 201 Knoxville, TN 37922, (2) City of LaFollette, 207 South Tennessee Avenue, LaFollette, TN 37766 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act 1994 and related amendments thereto, with all bid submittals conforming with the State of Tennessee requirements.
