This Invitation to Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Winter and Summer Grounds Maintenance and Snow/Ice Removal for Niagara Region - Water and Wastewater, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). This request for tender provides for the supply of all material, labour and equipment required to provide annual grounds maintenance as described in Appendix B - RFT Particulars (the "Deliverables") and detailed in Section A - Water & Wastewater Winter Grounds Maintenance and Section B - Water & Wastewater Summer Grounds Maintenance.
