Board Approval Date - October 24, 2022 Bid Item #1 – General Trades This Subcontract generally includes but is not necessarily limited to: Divisions 00 & 01 specification sections. All other specifications for Bid Item #1 are found within general notes of the drawings or within the project specifications. 1. Bid Item #1 shall include general scope of work items 1-47 listed above. 2. Bid Item #1 shall furnish all hoisting, rigging, ladders, lifts, equipment, etc. to install their work throughout the entire project. 3. Bid Item #1 shall participate in MEP coordination meetings as scheduled by Hagerman Inc. 4. Bid Item #1 shall furnish and install joint sealants as required for any items furnished and/or installed for this scope. 5. Bid Item #1 shall furnish and install any necessary floor protection once the finish floors are installed until the substantial completion prior to final cleaning. 6. Bid Item #1 concrete shall include moisture mitigation additives in the concrete mix design to eliminate potential moisture issues. 7. Bid Item #1 shall provide all demolition throughout the project besides the sitework demolition which is included with Bid Package 2. 8. Bid Item #1 shall furnish and install all millwork and casework throughout the project. This scope includes all solid surface tops, mailboxes, storage cabinets, custom desks, laminate countertops, windowsills, etc. 9. Bid Item #1 shall furnish and install all interior blocking throughout the project required for casework, FFE, specialties, and other finish items. 10. Bid Item #1 shall include all concrete and reinforcing steel scopes throughout the project. Interior concrete mixes shall include moisture mitigation additives to prevent high water content and allow for flooring installations. 11. Bid Item #1 shall include all concrete testing throughout the project. 12. Bid Item #1 shall include all necessary flashing and sealants as it related to the exterior metal panel system. 13. Bid Item #1 shall provide all temporary barriers, ante rooms, and equipment necessary to meet the required phasing plan. 14. Bid Item #1 shall include all acoustical sealants, smoke sealants, and any associated firestopping throughout the project. 15. Bid Item #1 shall include any fireproofing patching or installation, if necessary, by code and identified on the drawings. 16. Bid Item #1 shall furnish and install waterproofing for the elevator pits. 17. Bid Item #1 shall provide demolition and concrete dumpsters for demolition activities for all trades. CM will provide general trash dumpsters for the project for all trades.
