Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 36,951-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Hogan Construction Group, acting as Construction Manager, is requesting Guaranteed Maximum Price Bids from qualified subcontractors for the Fayette County Department of Public Health building located in Fayetteville, GA. The project is a new 2 story Municipal building consisting of approximately 36,951 SF. The anticipated start date for this project is the Q4 of 2022. The proposed hotel includes sitework, site utilities, asphalt paving, decorative concrete, hardscapes, decorative metal fences and gates, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, concrete work, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, brick masonry, structural steel, misc steel, steel railings, cultured marble, solid surface fabrications, quartz agglomerate fabrications, millwork, paneling, running trim, fluid applied vapor barriers, formed metal wall panels, fire proofing, intumescent mastic fireproofing, single ply membrane roofing, overhead doors, storefront & curtainwall systems, doors, frames & hardware, wood panel ceilings, resinous flooring, resilient flooring, resilient athletic flooring, epoxy aggregate flooring, quartz flooring, painting & wall coverings, visual display, signage, wall & door protection, toilet & bath accessories, lockers, closet shelving, metal shelving, laundry equipment, registration equipment, residential equipment, food service equipment, projection screens, architectural woodwork, solid surface countertops, stone tops, furniture installation, traction elevators, linen & trash chutes, roof and facade screens, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical.
