Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires a new pre-engineered steel building for warehouse and locker storage purposes, approximate 1,430 square meters supplied and installed in Steveston, Richmond, BC. General work to be performed: Design structural systems according to methods and standards and legally adopted building codes. Fabrication and installation of metal building frame, metal wall panels, metal roof panels, accessories and miscellaneous materials for a complete enclosure including supports for building components. Proposed metal building is approximate 42.5 meters in length and 33.6 meters in width with a typical perimeter wall height of 7.8 meters. Provide reaction forces for each columns for foundation design Supply and install of exterior wall panel and roof sheathing Deliver to site and erect structure on new concrete shallow foundation.
