Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by Vancouver Coastal Health Authority for the Richmond Hospital Hand and Cast Clinic Renovation Project. Project Scope: Relocation of the hand clinic program at Richmond Hospital while co-locating with the current cast program in a new renovated space. Part of the scope of also the relocation of the Sacred Space room and Foundation office. The successful bidder must start on site the project a week after the receiving the Interim Letter of Agreement and to achieve substantial performance in three (3) months after the commencement of the project.
